Current Opportunities:

Line Cook / Cook

• Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while following food safety standards.
• Work efficiently during busy shifts to support timely service.
• Be a dependable member of the kitchen team and support daily operations.

Server (Ages 16–20)

• Provide friendly, courteous service that creates a positive guest experience.
• Build strong customer service skills in a supportive team environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced dining room.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Server (21 and Older)

• Deliver a high‑quality dining experience with professionalism and care.
• Manage service flow and guest needs during all levels of business.
• Support teammates to keep the service running smoothly.
• Uphold Antonia’s standards for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Dishwasher / Kitchen Support

• Keep dishes, cookware, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dish and prep areas.
• Help ensure smooth kitchen and dining room operations.

Hostess

• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for their visit.
• Manage seating and guest flow during peak hours.
• Assist with phone calls and basic guest questions.
